What We Do

Crawford Machine, Inc. (CMI), a privately held corporation, is one of the leading manufacturers of brass fittings and air brake hose assemblies in the United States. Our 144,000 square foot facility, located in Galion, Ohio not only houses our offices and engineering staff, but also a variety of screw machines and advanced automated processes, allowing us to deliver quality fittings and air brake hose assemblies to some of the largest trailer and chassis manufacturers in the industry. We also offer a variety of items used in the Industrial Markets serving the hose and rubber supply chain.

How We Do It

CMI produces fittings from raw materials including brass and steel, then, in turn uses the same fittings to produce finished air brake hoses, slider axle, and tractor-to-trailer hose assemblies. Our finished hose assemblies and fittings are complimented by a full line catalog of accessories. These products are available primarily through wholesale distribution, large OEMs, National Brand Retailers, and the traditional Heavy Duty Aftermarket, along with industrial distribution and catalog houses.
